Washing & Care

Pillow Cover:

Treat small cover stains with Ruggable's Spot Cleaner & Stain Remover or with mild soap and water. For a deeper clean, remove the pillow insert, turn the cover inside out, and close the zipper. Machine wash the cover separately in cold water on a delicate cycle using a mild, non-bleach detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron or dry clean.

Pillow Insert:

Wipe the insert with a damp towel using mild soap and water, then air dry. Avoid using any spot cleaners or stain remover sprays on the insert, as they can reduce the cover’s water repellency. Pillow inserts are not machine washable.

ASSEMBLY

Unboxing & Assembly

  • Do not use a sharp object to cut open the pillow insert bag. Open the bag with your hands to ensure the pillow insert does not get damaged.

  • The pillow insert will be compressed during shipping. Allow 24 hours for it to fully expand.

  • Use your hands to “fluff” the pillow insert before inserting it into the pillow cover.

  • Place the pillow insert into the four corners of the pillow cover and zip it closed.

  • Note: Non-Ruggable pillow inserts should also be inserted according to the previous step.
